How do I sign up?
Call us at (903) 234-1020 or stop by the salon and we'll set you up in minutes. Your benefits start immediately. Online signup is coming soon.
What makes your membership different from other spas?
The private cabana hot tub. Every membership includes a monthly hot tub soak — an experience no other salon or spa in East Texas offers. You get your massage or facial and a luxury soak, every month.
Can I roll over unused services?
Monthly services roll over for up to one month. If you miss February's massage, you can use it in March — but it expires at the end of that month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely. You can change tiers at the start of any billing cycle. Just let us know at least 7 days before your renewal date.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are individual and non-transferable, but each tier includes a 'bring a friend' discount so you can share the experience.
Do discounts stack with packages?
Member discounts apply to individual services and retail products. Spa packages are already discounted and are not eligible for additional member discounts.
