We operate two separate SMS programs. Each has its own opt-in, its own messaging purpose, and its own opt-out.
Transactional (appointment) SMS: Sent through our booking platform, Meevo. These messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, and operational notices tied to an appointment you have booked. You may opt out by replying STOP, which will end transactional messaging but may affect your ability to receive appointment reminders.
Marketing SMS: Sent from our salon number, (903) 668-0610. These messages include promotional offers, specials, and membership invitations. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We send marketing SMS only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Message and data rates may apply. Frequency of marketing messages varies but typically will not exceed four (4) messages per month.
No resale of opt-in data. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes.
