WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT POLICY?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service is required upon booking in order to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards your service’s final balance. No deposit, no appointment.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our booking deposit is non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you must do so within a 24 hour window of your appointment time and date. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit altogether and you will be asked to submit a secondary deposit for your next appointment.
